Tech Horizon Officially Distributes Perle Systems in Vietnam – Canadian IT/OT Infrastructure Management and Connectivity Solutions
To expand its portfolio of solutions for network and industrial infrastructure, Tech Horizon officially became a distributor of Perle Systems solutions in the Vietnamese market in June 2025.
Perle Systems is a Canadian technology company with nearly 50 years of experience in networking, industrial communications, and infrastructure management. Perle solutions are widely deployed across manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, transportation, telecommunications, data centers, and many other critical infrastructure systems worldwide.
As IT and OT systems increasingly converge, the ability to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot systems remotely plays an important role in operational continuity. A key offering in Perle’s portfolio is the SCR Secure OOBM Console Server series — a secure Out-of-Band (OOB) management solution that enables IT and OT teams to remotely access, monitor, and troubleshoot devices even when the primary network is down.
Key benefits for businesses include:
• Maintain continuous system management capabilities
• Reduce service downtime
• Strengthen security with robust encryption and authentication mechanisms
• Improve the availability of IT/OT infrastructure
In addition to OOB management solutions, Perle also provides a comprehensive ecosystem of industrial connectivity solutions:
• Industrial Switches – Connect network devices in harsh environments while meeting high requirements for stability and reliability.
• Media Converters – Provide flexible connectivity between fiber and copper cabling, supporting network infrastructure expansion and efficient data transmission.
• Ethernet Extenders – Extend network connectivity beyond the 100-meter limit by leveraging existing copper cabling, helping reduce infrastructure investment costs.
• Industrial 4G/5G Routers and Serial-to-IP Converters – Support remote connectivity and integrate OT devices into modern network infrastructure.
• PoE Solutions – Meet the deployment needs of IP cameras, security surveillance, smart transportation, and industrial IoT applications.
Perle’s differentiation lies not only in its technology but also in the long-term value it delivers to customers:
✓ Nearly 50 years of experience in networking and industrial communications
✓ Designed and manufactured in Canada
✓ Lifetime warranty on many product lines
✓ No license fees or annual renewal fees
✓ Compatible with equipment from multiple vendors
✓ Cisco-standard CLI support for easier deployment and operation
